The Christadelphians who run this site are ordinary people like yourself. They have no theological training. They believe the Bible is God's word, and that He has a great plan for the world which is open to you. They base their organisation and beliefs on the First Century church. So, for example, they do not have pastors or priests, because each congregation of the early believers was led by a group of elders. They have no fine buildings for worship, because the first century Christians met in houses. They call each other 'brother' and 'sister', because that is what you find in the New Testament.
